- How do AI credits or questions work?
- AI credits are used whenever the AI asks a question or generates a conversation summary. For example, if the AI asks 5 dynamic questions in a conversation, 5 AI credits would be deducted from your account. Non-AI questions don't consume credits. Your monthly plan includes a set number of AI credits, and you can always purchase additional credits if needed.
- Do you offer refunds?
- We utilize advanced AI models to deliver our service. These models come with significant operational costs. For this reason, we're unable to provide refunds. However, you can always cancel anytime and you won't be billed for the next cycle.
- Do unused AI credits roll over to the next month?
- The credits dont get rolled over to the next month in monthly plans, but in the one time plan the credits dont expire and you can use them whenever you want.
- What happens if I exceed my monthly AI credit limit?
- If you use up all your AI credits for the month, you'll be prompted to purchase additional credits or upgrade to a higher-tier plan. You can continue to use feedAIback for non-AI questions, but AI-powered features will be temporarily unavailable until you replenish your credits.
- Can I change my plan later?
- Of course! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. The changes will be effective from the next billing cycle.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If you require other payment methods, please contact us.
